Decision Intelligence is my working framework for helping organizations preserve reasoning, learn from decisions, and improve judgment over time. The AI Strategy Operating System is one practical expression of that broader idea.
The project explores how organizations make decisions, how reasoning gets preserved or lost, how rationalization can be mistaken for learning, and how institutional memory can either improve or distort future judgment.
